With a background in naval architecture, Noé has ten years of experience in the offshore industry, with specific experience working on the design, construction and operation of floating offshore structures. Noé started at SBM Offshore, working on the design and construction of floating oil and gas platforms. Since 2016, Noé has been immersed in offshore wind development starting with the design and development of floating offshore wind platforms. Between 2017 and 2020 Noé worked as offshore operations project manager and supervised the offshore installation and comissinonning of electrical offshore substations in the Baltic and North Sea. Noé was also recently involved in the development of various floaters concepts design for offshore wind turbines and electrical substations. Since joining DNV in 2020, Noe worked on Navigation Safety Risk Assessments for offshore wind project on the East Coast.
