As the Offshore O&M Implementation Manager at RWE, Samantha Mullin is building the future of US Offshore Operations & Maintenance through RWE's development projects. Samantha is responsible for forging the relationships with local suppliers, logistics professionals, and a developing workforce to ensure RWE is at the forefront of the energy transition for coastal population hubs across the country.
RWE is committed to connecting locals with good paying offshore wind jobs, and Samantha is passionate about building partnerships for education, training, and safety and technical certification for both high school graduates and seasoned technicians from other industries to join the Offshore workforce. Especially close to heart is the inclusion and retention of more women in the highly male-dominated field of Operations & Maintenance.
Samantha is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, NY with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and she is proud to be actively involved in Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE), the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and to volunteer in her community.
